Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Location
Standard shoots take place in Lancaster. (normally Williamson Park)
Shoots outside Lancaster are available for an additional surcharge (please enquire before booking).
Delivery
Voucher download link will be emailed to you after payment.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after the digital voucher has been supplied.
Nothing in these terms limits the purchaser’s statutory rights, including rights relating to a voucher that is faulty, misdescribed or cannot be honoured by PJL Photography.
The purchaser’s full name and email address must be provided when arranging the photography session.
PJL Photography will use these details to locate and validate the original purchase. If more than one voucher was purchased using the same details, the original order number may also be required.
Each qualifying purchase may be redeemed once only. Copying or printing the voucher does not create additional entitlements.
A voucher connected to a purchase that has been refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back or previously redeemed will not be accepted.
